NeverQuits.ai ("NeverQuits," "we," "us," or "our") provides AI-powered business systems — AI receptionist, AI twin social posts, comment-to-DM lead capture, review autopilot, and lead-followup automation — to local service businesses. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website at neverquits.ai and our services.

1. Information We Collect

From Business Owners (Our Customers)

Account information: name, email address, business name, phone number
Business information: business type, services, hours, service areas, FAQs, call-routing preferences
Payment information: processed securely through Stripe (we do not store card numbers)
Connected service data via authorized OAuth: Instagram Business / Facebook Page / Google Business Profile / TikTok / LinkedIn (posts, comments, DMs, reviews, messages)
Voice and likeness: if you opt in to AI twin services, we capture audio/video samples to train your personal AI twin (used only for your account)

From End Consumers (Your Customers)

Phone number, email, and message content collected when they call your AI receptionist, comment on your posts, submit forms on your website, or DM your business
SMS opt-out preferences: we track opt-out requests to maintain suppression lists
We do NOT collect end-consumer financial data, browsing history, or social network friend lists

Automatically Collected

Cookies: session cookies for authentication, referral tracking cookies (90-day duration)
Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps

2. How We Use Information

To provide our AI agency services (receptionist, social posts, lead capture, follow-up, reviews)
To send transactional emails and SMS on your behalf to your end consumers
To generate AI-drafted social posts, comment replies, and follow-up messages for your approval
To process payments and manage subscriptions
To improve our services through aggregated, de-identified analytics
To comply with legal obligations

3. Sharing Your Information

We do NOT sell your information. We share it only with:

Service providers under contract who help us operate (Stripe for payments, Twilio for SMS, ElevenLabs/HeyGen for voice/avatar generation, OpenAI/Anthropic for language models, Resend for transactional email, GoHighLevel for CRM)
Legal authorities when required by law
A successor entity in the event of a merger or acquisition

4. Your Rights

Access: request a copy of your data by emailing privacy@neverquits.ai
Deletion: request account deletion; we will delete within 30 days except where retention is legally required
Portability: export your contacts, conversations, and posts at any time
Opt-out: unsubscribe from marketing emails or text STOP to opt out of SMS

End consumers can request to be removed from your suppression list by replying STOP to any SMS or contacting us at privacy@neverquits.ai.

5. Data Retention

Active customer data: retained for the life of the account + 30 days
Cancelled accounts: data deleted within 30 days of cancellation request
Anonymous analytics: retained indefinitely

6. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest), role-based access control, and regular security reviews. No system is 100% secure; we will notify you of any breach affecting your data within 72 hours of discovery.

7. Children

NeverQuits is for business use only and not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated by email.
